Coach Dorian empowers board members, executives, and high-potential employees with capacity building strategies, leadership development, and performance optimization, to include work-life balance and goal-setting. Clients will define, redefine, and achieve their professional objectives while mitigating performance threats.  Coach "D" doesn't teach you to climb the ladder, he teaches you to build it! Executive coaching contracts are a minimum  6-months. 

Onsite and virtual consulting for all business sizes, non-profits, churches and para-churches. This includes, but is not limited to, cultural assessments and suitability, DEI, all levels and types of staff development and training, courseware creation and training design, train the trainer, master facilitator training, clergy development, DiSC, Strategic Planning, and more. 

Our group offers regular training aimed at both personal and professional development. These high-quality classes are offered at an affordable rate and cover a myriad of topics driven by emerging trends and community needs. All classes are designed by a certified instructional designer and expert in adult learning (andragogy). Classes may include; conflict management, strategic planning, DEI&B, wealth building and investing, strategic communications and marketing, and more.
